Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to break security, or upload content you do not have the right to share. Do not upload personal data that should not be public.
User-uploaded content
You are responsible for the content you upload. You keep ownership of what you upload, but you grant Uni Pasco Hub a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate the service. We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable policies, and we may restrict accounts that repeatedly violate them.
Copyright and takedowns
If you believe content on Uni Pasco Hub infringes your copyright or other rights, contact us at admin@weamp.org with a description of the work, the link to the material, and your contact details. We will review notices promptly and remove material we determine to be infringing. Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing content may lose upload access.
Availability and changes
The service is provided on an as-is basis. We may update features, policies, or availability over time, and we may update these terms when necessary.
Account termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the platform or violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
